1Information, not advice
The Omnia website, API, and outputs are provided for general informational and computational purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Omnia is not a certified public accountant, enrolled agent, tax preparer, attorney, or fiduciary, and using the Service creates no such relationship. You should consult a qualified professional about your specific circumstances before acting on any result.
2Accuracy depends on your inputs
Every calculation is a function of the data you supply — earnings, deductions, Form W-4 fields, year-to-date figures, jurisdictions, and eligibility facts such as worker classification, nexus, and reciprocity. Omnia does not independently verify these. Incorrect, incomplete, or misclassified inputs produce incorrect results. Tax laws, rates, and wage bases change and may be interpreted differently by authorities; while Omnia works to keep its rulesets current, it does not warrant that any rate, rule, or result is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your situation.
3Your responsibilities
- Review and verify every result before relying on it.
- File, deposit, remit, and report all taxes to the correct authorities on time — Omnia does none of this.
- Classify workers and determine eligibility (exempt status, nexus, reciprocity, and similar) correctly.
- Keep records as required by law.
You remain solely responsible for your payroll and tax compliance and for any tax, penalty, interest, or assessment.
4No money movement, no filing
Omnia does not move money, hold funds, act as a payroll agent, or transmit anything to any government agency. It returns calculations to you; what you do with them is yours to execute and stand behind.
5Warranty & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Omnia's liability is limited, as set out in the Terms of Service (§§9–11). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnia is not liable for any tax, penalty, interest, or other loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.
